Our sustainability strategy
With our sustainability goals and measures, we want to ensure that Topstar continues on its path as a responsible company.
We are aware that our products have not only positive but also negative environmental and social impacts on our stakeholders along the value chain. We have identified these stakeholders and the mutual influences in detailed analyses. We have set ourselves the goal of improving the sustainability performance of all our activities and those of the respective players in the long term and, above all, in a sustainable manner.
Through regular contact, personal visits to suppliers, and audits, we evaluate the progress of these measures, expand the information structure, and make adjustments. We also encourage our stakeholders to get involved in our sustainability activities by submitting suggestions for product and process optimizations and material substitutions. This allows us to incorporate a wealth of experience from various industries into our activities and positively influence the results of our measures.
